<h2>Returns Policy</h2><br>
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery, in accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations.<br><br>

To cancel, please notify us in writing (email preferred), stating the reason as “Contract Cancellation.” Goods must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation being authorised. Returns must:<br><br>

  <li>Be in unused, resalable condition</li>
  <li>Be in original, undamaged packaging (including any accessories or free gifts)</li>
  <li>Include a copy of the original invoice</li>
</ul><br>

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked, signed-for delivery service.<br><br>

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the full order is returned. Items must not be installed or modified. Examining an item (as you would in a shop) is fine—but signs of use or damage will void your right to a refund.<br><br>

<h3>Exceptions</h3><br>
The cancellation right does not apply to:<br>

  <li>Made-to-order or customised products</li>
  <li>Specially ordered spare parts or replacement glass</li>
  <li>“Samples for approval” (subject to a 25% minimum handling/restocking fee)</li>

<h3>B2B Orders</h3><br>
For business-to-business sales (e.g., orders using a company name, VAT number, or corporate email), goods returned as “not required” are subject to a minimum 25% handling and restocking fee and may be refused entirely. Made-to-order, project-priced or special-order items are strictly non-refundable.<br><br>

Returns must be pre-authorised in writing within 2 days of receipt. The return address and RMA number will be provided once approved.<br><br>

<h2>Delivery</h2><br>
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses typically takes 4–5 working days, though this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier issues. Please do not arrange installation until the product has arrived—claims for installation-related costs will not be accepted.<br><br>

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).<br><br>

Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) qualify for free UK mainland delivery. Otherwise, delivery is charged at £12.00 + VAT.<br><br>

All deliveries require a signature. If any item is out of stock, we will inform you with a revised delivery date and offer the option to cancel.<br><br>

We do not offer collection services—orders must be shipped.<br><br>

<h2>Lost or Damaged Goods</h2><br>
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt. Retain all packaging for inspection if goods are damaged.<br><br>

<h2>Pricing and Availability</h2><br>
All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated.<br><br>

Availability information is provided on each product page. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.<br><br>

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer the product at the correct price. If you do not wish to proceed at the revised price, we will cancel and refund your order.<br><br>

<h2>Product Information</h2><br>
Unless otherwise stated, AOM Lighting is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this site. While we strive to ensure accurate information, product packaging and documentation may differ.<br><br>
