With high-output efficiency and smart lighting control, the LEDSC4 Modis Optics Single (AS11-18V9M3XBZ5) is designed for demanding exterior applications. Emitting 1914 lumens at 2700K with a 38º medium beam, this CASAMBI-enabled fixture provides refined visual warmth and exceptional luminous efficacy at 96 lm/W.
The fixture combines marine-grade durability (IP66/IK10) with wireless Bluetooth mesh dimming, making it ideal for upscale façades, gardens, and architectural accents. Its compact form and high CRI (92) ensure excellent colour rendering with precision beam control.
