Returns Policy
Consumer Orders (B2C)
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with an RMA number and return address.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in ‘as new’ condition
- Original, undamaged, unopened packaging must be included
- All accessories, free gifts, and a copy of your invoice must be returned
- You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, but not install or use them
Exclusions (non-returnable items):
- Made-to-order, bespoke, or customised products
- Special order items or non-stock spare parts
- “Samples for approval” (subject to a minimum 25% handling/restocking fee)
Important:
- All returns must be sent using a tracked or signed-for courier service — untracked returns will not be accepted
- If only part of your order is returned, delivery charges will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error
Business Orders (B2B)
For trade and business-to-business transactions (including orders placed with a corporate email address), different conditions apply:
- Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the goods
- A minimum 25% handling and restocking fee applies to all accepted returns
- Returns may be refused at our discretion
- No refunds for made-to-order, bespoke, project-priced, or special order items

- Await your RMA number and return address instructions
- Package the item(s) securely, include your invoice copy, and ship via a tracked or signed-for service
- Ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of cancellation approval
