RETURNS POLICY


For B2C all items are covered under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations:-


You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 14 calendar days, beginning with the day after the day on which the goods are delivered. To cancel the contract, we must be informed either in writing, by fax or by e-mail giving the reason for return as "Contract cancellation".

 

Please package the relevant goods securely and send them including a copy of the invoice so that we recieve them within 14 days of the date that the your order cancellation was authorised.  The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge you paid won’t be refunded.

 

You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but you must not have used or installed them. The return address will be advised upon issue of an RMA number. No goods will be accepted without authorisation / RMA number.

 

However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any special order items, made to order products, made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised. Special requested spare parts/replacement glass that are non stock items can be requested as a special order item, these are non refundable.

 

For all B2B Business to Business Sales please note goods not required will be subject to a minimum 25% handling fee, and in some cases may be refused entirely. For made to order, special order products no refunds will be given. For the avoidance of doubt, orders with a corporate email address given are included.

NB: It will not be possible to process your order for returns without a copy of the invoice as we will not be able to trace who the delivery has been returned from to apply the credit to.
