Returns Policy

Consumer Orders (B2C)

Under UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Submit a Return Request

Once approved, we’ll provide you with an RMA number and return address.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in ‘as new’ condition
  • Original, undamaged, unopened packaging must be included
  • All accessories, free gifts, and a copy of your invoice must be returned
  • You may handle the goods as you would in a shop, but not install or use them

Exclusions (non-returnable items):

  • Made-to-order, bespoke, or customised products
  • Special order items or non-stock spare parts
  • “Samples for approval” (subject to a minimum 25% handling/restocking fee)

Important:

  • All returns must be sent using a tracked or signed-for courier service — untracked returns will not be accepted
  • If only part of your order is returned, delivery charges will not be refunded
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error

Business Orders (B2B)

For trade and business-to-business transactions (including orders placed with a corporate email address), different conditions apply:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the goods
  • A minimum 25% handling and restocking fee applies to all accepted returns
  • Returns may be refused at our discretion
  • No refunds for made-to-order, bespoke, project-priced, or special order items

General Return Instructions

  1. Submit your return via our →Returns Portal
  2. Await your RMA number and return address instructions
  3. Package the item(s) securely, include your invoice copy, and ship via a tracked or signed-for service
  4. Ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of cancellation approval
