Our fire rated downlights are designed to meet UK Building Regulations Part B, offering up to 90 minutes fire protection while delivering the benefits of modern, energy-efficient LED lighting. Ideal for use in residential, commercial and multi-occupancy properties, these downlights help maintain the fire integrity of ceilings and floors.
Each fitting is fully tested to BS 476 Part 21, confirming resistance in 30, 60 and 90-minute rated ceiling constructions. They’re perfect for areas where safety is critical and compliance is non-negotiable — such as escape routes, shared stairwells and upper-floor ceilings.
Alongside their robust fire protection, our fire rated LED downlights offer low running costs, long lifespan and clean recessed aesthetics, with a variety of trims and colour temperatures available.
